What could you do if you printed those out?

Hang them on your refrigerator, 
a mirror, bulletin board, the front door.

Keep them in your car, your backpack, your purse
Just not the floor.


Here's a place to keep them, the best place for you.
Bet you didn't think to put them in your 
parent's or your gym shoe.

You'll always know what's in store this SUMMER.
Don't want to miss it, that would be a bummer.

We have classes for preschool, elementary, 

pre-teens AND teens.
We do not recommend wearing blue jeans.

We'll squat, push, pull, lift, jump and run.

Guarantee we know how to make fitness fun.

You'll work hard and challenge yourself.

So put those phones and video games up on the shelf.

Workouts are constantly varied, nothing is the same.
Not even Dodgeball, a favorite all time game.

Classes are for all levels of fitness and athletic ability. 
We work on building STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY.

CARDIOVASUCULAR AND RESPIRATORY ENDURANCE 
are important, as well.
A  WOD might include swinging kettlebells.


(Weights vary and are modified by a  coach)

How's your ACCURACY and COORDINATION?
 Your STAMINA?  We'll work that, too. 
Let's go the duration.

That's not all, those are only a few,
There are 10 General Physical CrossFit Skills
taught by the coaching crew.

How about we practice the ladder 
for AGILITY and SPEED? 
Ok good.  Glad we agreed.

Last but not least, there's BALANCE and POWER.
